New patients in our office may expect to be introduced to our office procedures, they may anticipate filling out the usual registration form and are expected to identify any insurances they may have to present. They may anticipate giving a brief history of the problem to the doctor and they may find the doctor asking many questions that help him learn more about the problem. They may expect an examination that may or may not include x-ray, blood testing, urinalysis etc. They may expect a diagnosis of the condition and they may expect a treatment plan.
